By using Nuri Studio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Nuri Studio is currently in private beta. Features may change or be removed without notice. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create in Nuri Studio — artwork records, notes, documents, and application materials. We do not claim any rights to your content.
You may not use Nuri Studio to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuri Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months, if any.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
