By using Nuri Studio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Nuri Studio is in private beta across web, desktop and iOS. Access is by invitation, personal to you, and may not be transferred or shared. Beta software is pre-release: it may be incomplete, contain errors, or lose data, so keep your own copies of anything that matters. Features may change or be removed, and we may end the beta or your access at any time. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Features, designs and information that have not been publicly released are confidential. Do not publish or share screenshots, recordings or descriptions of them without our written permission. You may always share your own content.
Nuri Studio and its licensors own all rights in the service, including its software, design, interface, layout, “look and feel”, text, graphics, and the Nuri Studio name and marks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own practice while these terms apply. No other rights are granted.
You may not: copy, reproduce, or imitate the service's design, interface or features; modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law does not allow us to restrict this; scrape, crawl or bulk-extract data from it; use it, or anything taken from it, to build or train a competing product or an AI model; sell, sublicense or distribute it; or remove any copyright or trademark notice.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create in Nuri Studio: artwork records, notes, documents, and application materials. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and process it solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your content for marketing without your explicit consent.
Opportunity listings and museum artworks come from third parties. Their rights belong to their owners, and images are shown under the terms of their source. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate or current: confirm deadlines and requirements with the organiser before you apply.
Suggestions and feedback you send may be used to improve Nuri Studio, without obligation or payment to you. Taking part in the beta is voluntary and unpaid.
You may not use Nuri Studio to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. Sections 2, 3, 5, 6 and 9 continue to apply after termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuri Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months, if any.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
